Hello, I'm Pam Berry.
I had the luxury and pleasure
of growing up in a military family while traveling across America from coast to coast. I believe the most valuable
asset I gained from my military experience is the ability to respect and interact with others from many different cultures
and backgrounds. I respect, believe in, and value diversity and what each individual brings to the table.
I have also had many opportunities to witness and
experience the true beauty of our great nation, but I have yet to duplicate the beauty and serenity found in the majestic
Rocky Mountains, so Colorado Springs has been my home since 1966.
My working career includes 30 years in the world
of public education, both K-12, and higher education. During those 30 years, I have made contributions to the educational
process, as clerical support, as an administrator, and as a teacher. I have a deep understanding of family values and understanding
of what purchasing a new home really means. My experiences as a military dependent and an educator, have prepared
me to act as an advocate and represent many diverse individuals in real estate transactions. I have witnessed, first hand,
the joy when a student "gets it", and I know that persistence and the "I can," attitude are precursors to success. As an administrator
and manager of human assets, I have learned the art of negotiation. My clerical and organizational skills have clearly prepared
me to navigate through the masses of paperwork required in complex real estate transactions.
I believe I can effectively and successfully employ
these skills as your real estate professional in securing the very best deal for you! I am ready, willing, and able to assist
you as you continue to build your hopes and follow your dreams. Allow me the opportunity to work for you!
Sincerely,
Pam Berry
